Picture a three person team whose agent demo finally works on a single DGX Spark.

The demo holds until the model needs a longer context window, or the team wants two agents running side by side.

Nvidia's answer: cluster up to eight DGX Sparks, 128 GB of unified memory each, for 1 TB in total.

The 64 GB variants that ship October 23 reach 512 GB in the same setup.

Nvidia names GLM 5.3 as a frontier class model that a 1 TB configuration can carry.

Eight system clusters still require manual configuration, and Sync support for them only lands later this month alongside a new Model Launcher.

Nvidia also published no eight system scaling benchmarks, so how well the cluster holds under load is still open.

The published gains cover single systems and specific models, such as 30 percent on Qwen3.8 27B for a DGX Spark.

That leaves the decision.

A small team can spend a quarter assembling hardware to reach a memory ceiling, or spend the same quarter renting RTX 3090 hours at $0.15/hr and finding out whether the multi agent workflow earns its keep.

The second path answers the question before the invoice gets large.

Buy Now Pay Later, zero upfront, pay after 1 month.

If you have sized a model for a cluster, what made you stop adding machines?
